Refund policy
You can return your phone within 14 days of delivery if you're unsatisfied.
- For the standard Pixel, the phone must be unused and reset to factory settings. Reset to factory settings means the phone is factory reset, logged out of all accounts, and has no pin set.
- For the GrapheneOS Pixel the phone will be opened to install GrapheneOS, but it must be unused and reset to factory settings. This means the phone is factory reset, logged out of all accounts, and has no pin set.
Returned phones must be in original packaging and include all accessories.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cape.co or our live support chat found on our Help Center. Ensure you have your order number and proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your return is accepted , you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
