Your Privacy Comes First

To process your order, we’re required to collect some basic information—like your name, shipping address, and billing details. This is only used to fulfill your purchase.

We never associate this information with your Cape account. We keep this data for 180 days in order to prevent fraud, then delete it permanently from our systems.

Cape was built on the principle that you shouldn’t have to trade personal information for connectivity. Selling phones doesn’t change that. We're committed to offering secure products without compromising your privacy.
